Unlock the advantages of our Tetra 2-Ethylhexyl Titanate is an organotitanate compound widely used as a catalyst, adhesion promoter, and crosslinking agent in coatings, plastics, adhesives, and composite materials. Chemically, it is a titanium alkoxide with the formula Ti(OC₈H₁₇)₄, containing a titanium center bonded to four 2-ethylhexoxy groups. This structure makes it reactive with moisture, capable of forming strong titanium–oxygen bonds, and effective in modifying surfaces that contain hydroxyl groups such as metal oxides and minerals.
